The most important decision we made in our building journey was the first one that we made, that was to build with BT Homes.

From the first time we met Jamie Macdouall there was a feeling of trust and honesty. He was willing to work with any requests we had and not shy to tell us if it wouldn’t work. This was always followed by a solution, redo or a change to get us what we were after. His communication was accurate, prompt and a major reason as to why we had such a stress free build.

Ben Flowers and the trades that were used during the build are excellent at what they do. The finished article is simply perfect and beyond our expectations. Everyone was easy to deal with and always made their time available when needed. Their strong communication, easy going but very professional attitude is the reason we have been delivered a stunning modern home. There were no surprises, catches or twists and the build went exactly as the contract
stated, on time, on budget and to the highest standards.

We chose to build with BT Homes and it was the best decision we made throughout the entire build. A thankyou doesn’t seem enough for brilliant time and amount of joy we got from the building process – start to finish. We plan to build again in the future and there is no doubt who it will be with.
